The Croatian art critic and academic, Dalibor Prančević, recently visited Pleasant Land Studios with Daniel Zec. Dalibor records his visit (with pictures) on the CROSCULPTURE project website:

“This was a great opportunity for disseminating information about the project and for getting acquainted with the space in which this great artist lived and worked.

Their stay in Nemon’s studio was a great opportunity to talk about the sculptor’s heritage and the possible modes of care and popularization of his work, both in Great Britain and in Croatia.”

The CROSCULPTURE Project (Facebook), based in Split, seeks to “define modern sculpture in Croatia (as well as its stylistic changes) temporally, spatially and terminologically” using a range of art historical, archival and other methods, and is involved in dissemination within Croatia and internationally.
